Implementation of EDMS Directum in Grundfos LLC company is complete

Specialists of the e-document flow direction of Namip Group completed system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) of DIRECTUM in Grundfos LLC.

Need of creation of electronic archive of primary finance documents, scanning and mass entering in the system of a large number of documents and also transfer of financial data from the system of SAP ripened in Grundfos LLC long ago. After the analysis of the offers existing in the market the company stopped the choice on EDMS DIRECTUM.

Implementation of EDMS DIRECTUM was entrusted to Namip Group. Specialists of the e-document flow direction of Namip Group:

• Created electronic archive of primary finance documents using service of input of documents (DCTS);
• Performed import of data to electronic archive from the accounting system of the enterprise (SAP);
• Configured the reporting mechanism on document flow of the enterprise.

Thus, in Grundfos LLC basic system modules of DIRECTUM, business solution "were implemented by DIRECTUM: Contract management", service of input of documents (DCTS) and license of the building tools IS-Builder.
