The internal tender for execution of works for automation of a System of Vladimir Tarasov for assessment and certification of personnel was carried out by the company "EST. Estimated social technologies". Key selection terms of developer company:

About the Project

Vladimir Tarasov's system for assessment and certification of personnel is intended for large and medium-sized enterprises, and gives the chance as a result of assessment or certification to make a business portrait on each employee as if the photo of his distinctive business qualities, and to create structure of current personnel problems of each estimated division. A system works according to the SaaS model i.e. as the web application. The solution architecture includes the portal of administration implemented on the CUBA platform (supporting SaaS model) and the portal of appointment of experts and questioning intended for end users of a system.

On the portal of administration the possibility of flexible configuration of the mechanism of evaluating, a possibility of viewing information on orders, changes of data on customers is provided. On the portal the convenient system of notifications is implemented, "the desktop of the customer" is organized, the system of hints and also powerful tools of reports works.

The portal of appointment of experts and questioning is a part of the system intended for end users – the estimated employees and colleagues (experts) estimating them. From this portal a system obtains data on the basis of which results of answers of experts to questions of the estimated employees are processed, and reports form: business portraits of employees and structure of current personnel problems. When developing the interface of the portal the maximum attention was paid to convenience and ease of work in it, at the same time providing sufficient functionality of a system that was reached by application of the hot keys and hints.

Result

The project on automation of a System of Vladimir Tarasov lasted three months, in close cooperation with her author, Vladimir Tarasov, and representatives of the company "EST. Estimated social technologies". Use of the CUBA platform which is technology advantage of Haulmont company allowed to complete the project just in time, without exceeding of the project budget.

During the project all demands made by the Customer to a system, in particular were met:

• Reliability and high-speed performance of the solution – a system sustained test loading in 44,000 simultaneous connections of users.
• High degree of protection of personal data and confidentiality of information.
• The maximum convenience of work in a system of both end users, and representatives "EST. Estimated social technologies".
