Onlanta held in August, 2011 the Open Day for the management of Stroygazconsulting LLC where the company begins to render services in support of IT infrastructure.

Open Day - a new form of interaction which the Onlanta company offers the customers for establishment of confidential partnership.

The program of the event held for the management of Stroygazconsulting LLC included the presentation of the company, an excursion on divisions, meetings with representatives of different departments, discussion of technical and organizational nuances of rendering services, answers to practical questions. For projects of IT outsourcing a key factor of success is steady relationship between the contractor and the customer. These relations should be under construction on a long-term basis, and the transparency and openness of the outsourcer are vital for their formation.

The contractor also should create conditions when the customer well understands opportunities and features of work of IT service provider. Then the customer will be able effectively to change a set of the services necessary for development of its business.
