Kovrov Machinebuilding Plant (Case)

JSC Kovrov Machinebuilding Plant (KMP) develops workflow automation using the CASE system, developments of Electronic Office Systems company. The total quantity of the jobs brought into operation reached 375.

Kovrov Machinebuilding Plant – one of the AEK Russian Federation key enterprises, successfully solving problems of completing of sublimate and dividing capacities of the country and the program of development of the nuclear power industry. The plant has licenses for designing and equipment manufacturing for nuclear power stations. The plant underwent certification in the international body on certification of the systems of management and personnel of TUV Thuringen and in 2008 received "The certificate of conformity of a system of management" to requirements of DIN EN ISO standard 9001:2000.

For the purpose of providing high standards of production organization, the plant's management made the decision on transition to the automated document flow. The project on system implementation of electronic document management in JSC KMZ started in 2009. Then the CASE system and also options was purchased and installed: "DELO-WEB", Line Scanning, "Notifications and Notifications". Further the electronic document management system actively developed and by this moment the quantity of the jobs connected to the CASE system reached 375.

Works on installation and setup EDMS "DELO" were carried out by IT specialists of JSC KMZ. Now connection to a system covers all managing structure of the enterprise.
