Biography

A.S. Petrushin was born in 1969 in the city of Yegoryevsk, Moscow Region.

He has two higher educations, in 1992 he graduated from the Kharkov Higher Military Aviation School of Radio Electronics with a degree in aviation radio engineering, and in 1996, Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in applied mathematics. Candidate of Technical Sciences.

In the period from February 2000 to May 2004, he replaced the posts of head of department, head of department, deputy general director of the Main Research Computing Center of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for taxes and duties.

From May 2004 to January 2008, he replaced the post of head of the department at the Federal Agency for the Cadastre of Real Estate Objects (abolished on March 1, 2009).

From January 2008 to January 2010, the Federal Agency for the Management of Special Economic Zones (October 5, 2009 abolished) - Deputy Head of the Agency.

April 2010 - Andrei Stanislavovich Petrushin was appointed Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation dated 20.04.2010 No. 378 l/s "On the Appointment of A.S. Petrushin."
