Gazpart (1C: Accounting)

For the purpose of the organization of a transparent system of factory job the management Gazpart made the decision on automation of the main business processes, including: Sales management and customer relations; Sales planning and purchases; Management of warehouse stocks; Analysis of a goods turnover of the enterprise; Price analysis and management of price policy; Maintaining accounting and tax statements.

It was decided to automate these sections using the 1C: Trade Management software product of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8". For conducting accounting and tax accounting specialists 1C-Rarus, responsible for project implementation, recommended to company management of software "1C: Accounting 8". Based on these products in Gazpart the unified information system is created.

Specialists 1C-Rarus automated 20 jobs. Together with achievement of the main objectives project implementation allowed to receive the following results: The system of accounting of money, intangible assets and inventory items is created; There was an opportunity to manage orders of buyers; Design of the majority of documents of a trade and inventory control, cash flow is automated; The possibility of formation of the regulated accounting and different analytical records is configured; Payroll and taxes on wage fund is automated.
