Company "ICL-KPO of AF" announced project completion on system implementation of management of the salary and personnel in UFPS "Tatarstan of Pochtasa" — FGUP Russian Post branch.
Within implementation of the drawing solution "1C:Enterprise 8" transfer of the existing payroll system and centralized translation of calculations on "1C 8" was executed: in particular, transfer of personnel data from 30 information bases BEST and "1C 7.7" is performed. Design data in 12 months for calculation of average earnings for holidays and incapacity allowances, says "ICL-KPO of AF" were also transferred to a new system. Thus, all information was consolidated in uniform base. Specialists of "ICL-KPO of AF" also within three months rendered system maintenance services, training in use of a new product of accountants and HR managers of UFPS "Tatarstan of Pochtasa".
"We implemented similar products earlier, but technologies are improved all the time — Galina Karikh, the director of scientific and technological center of financial systems of the company "ICL-KPO of AF" noted. — So, advantage of implementation of this product is that it allows to optimize work of personnel". According to her, thanks to transition to the 1C:Enterprise 8 system the customer managed to optimize work of rated department, to solve a problem with reporting, to result all accounting processes in uniformity, to increase labor productivity of employees.
This project — not the first in the history of cooperation of "ICL-KPO of AF" about "Tatarstan of Pochtasa". As noted, projects on automation of accounting in 44 branches and automation of trade enterprise in Mail salon were implemented earlier.
