• Assortment management (maintaining assortment qualifier, card file of goods; maintaining qualifier of producers; assortment management of shops)
• Purchase management (maintaining the register of suppliers, agreements, the range of the delivered goods, price agreements; accounting and control of returns of goods to suppliers)
• Management of settlement with suppliers (control of payment terms; accounting and control of bonus payments, deliveries of goods by suppliers; registration of offsets at return of goods; comparison of delivery notes and payments; control of accounts payable; overhead management)
• Management of retail pricing, sales (determination of models, calculation algorithms; management of advertizing campaigns, discount programs)
• Transport logistics (formation and tracking of accomplishment of requests for the goods delivery from suppliers, formation and tracking of accomplishment of route sheets)
• Internal logistics (accounting of movement between shops, warehouses; write-off of defective goods; markdown of sub-standard goods; regrading of goods; inventory, including total, local audits)
