Technoserv implemented a centralized system of monitoring of multiservice network "AKADO Telecom"

The operator of a multiservice communication network of the Moscow region of JSC COMCOR (trademark of AKADO Telecom) and Technoserv company announced introduction to commercial operation of a centralized system of monitoring of fiber-optical network of the operator.

Multiservice fiber-optical network "AKADO Telecom" (MVOS) – one of the world's largest broadband telecommunication networks of city scale of the class MAN (Metropolitan Area Network). Now extent of network is more than 18,000 km and covers not only the territory of Moscow, but also the next Moscow area in a radius of 30-50 km from MKAD. Longwise communication fiber lines, to quantity of nodes and the operated telecommunication equipment of AKADO Telecom considerably exceeds other operators of the Moscow region.

The new centralized system implemented on AKADO Telecom network covers more than 5.5 thousand objects including a broad spectrum the telecommunication, engineering systems, also provides monitoring equipment of a number of world leading manufacturers: ADC Telecommunications, Alcatel, Cisco Systems, Lucent Technologies, Marconi, PANDATEL, Terawave, etc. The monitoring system is integrated into existing network infrastructure of AKADO Telecom also interacts with information class systems of Inventory and Trouble Ticketing. Data from a system monitoring are in real time available to operators of uniform Contact center of the operator, responsible for the centralized status monitoring nodes and elements of network, processing of customer appeals, accomplishment control regulations and terms of recovery of communication. Besides these systems monitoring are used by the divisions which are responsible for operation networks, working capacity and service quality: services of broadband access, telematic services, infrastructure of subscriber nodes of access, network connections, services of digital telephony, allocated channels, cable television.

Technology platform of a new monitoring system of AKADO Telecom network the hardware and software system CA Spectrum, productions of the company is CA Technologies. Complete installation of a system by Technoserv, including works on modeling of the equipment of a core of a monitoring system, delivery of a complex and commissioning, took less than 4 months.
