Directum and Avis Expert announced in August, 2011 release of new business solution "Avis Expert: Management of claims and claims". This solution provides full automation of work with claims and claims, beginning from registration of incoming documents and completing case referral to court. The Claim and Claim Work (CCW) is the most important part of legal practice which requires extensive knowledge of legal acts and long-term experience. This work is continuation of contract activities, its sense – in elimination of the negative effects caused to the agreement party by incorrect actions, or failure to act of the partner.
