Content

The Neoflex company created the integration solution for Tinkoff Credit Systems bank. It is expected that customer service quality thereby will increase. The solution is implemented using an integration bus of IBM WebSphere ESB.

About implementation

The created solution forms a basis for creation of fast, reliable and convenient process of customer service using opportunities of the Internet and phone and completely corresponds to the concept of creation of modern hi-tech bank.

According to the concept of creation of hi-tech modern bank, the decision on transition to the service-oriented architecture (SOA), implementation of an integration bus of IBM WebSphere ESB and creation of the integration solution necessary for the effective organization of remote customer service is made.

Implementation of the plan is charged to Neoflex company.

Result

The integration solution is successfully brought into commercial operation in June, 2011. It provides interaction of a system of Internet banking and a customer relationship management system (CRM) using a set of information services. The implemented services allow to make process of remote customer service through Internet bank fast, convenient and reliable.
