SUE IT Center of Krasnodar Krai begins the Universal Electronic Card project in the territory of the territorial subject of the federation

The I-Teco company and state unitary enterprise of Krasnodar Krai "Center of information technologies" signed the agreement on joint project implementation of the universal electronic card (UEC) in the territory of Krasnodar Krai.

Background

According to conditions of the signed agreement of the company create joint Competence Center and infrastructure of interregional authorized organization of the subject of the Russian Federation for implementation of the universal card in the Southern Federal District.

Powers

Within the agreement the I-Teco company will act as the main consultant in questions of development of technical solutions for project implementation of UEC in the region and also observance of all requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in information security field and personal data protection. A key task of I-Teco - development and start of the automation system for the authorized organization which is responsible for release, issue, service of universal electronic cards and data storage about them.

A system will be unrolled based on engineering infrastructure which will be created by the partner's specialists.

In turn, SUE KK Centre informatsionnykh tekhnology will perform operating activities within functions of authorized organization of the subject of the Russian Federation. Also the company will provide information exchange with public institutions, authorities and the commercial organizations for providing to citizens services in the universal electronic card.

Hopes

Partners are sure that successful experience of the "Card of the Resident of Krasnodar Krai" project which partially migrates in the project of federal scale will serve as a good support for implementation of UEC in the region, and the model of interregional cooperation within the national project will be interesting also to other regions of the Southern Federal District.
