The 1C: Accounting and Trade company announces (BIT) start of a management system for transport logistics at the regional producer of drinks – Riks companies to Novosibirsk. Automation of key business processes using the author's solution "BEAT-NOVA: Management of transport logistics" allowed to minimize costs for maintenance and fuel and lubricants and also to optimize delivery routes.
The Riks company appeared in the market of Novosibirsk recently and many workflows were not smoothly running yet. There was no necessary document flow (route sheets, sheets of delivery), there were no mechanisms of formation of routes and connection of cards. The company management decided to correct a situation using automation. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) was the only company which has experience of development and deployment of the systems of transport logistics in Novosibirsk. As the suitable software product it was selected "by BEAT-NOVA: Management of transport logistics".
At the moment in a system 15 people work: director, 2 accountants, 2 logisticians and 10 employees of the sales department.
As a result of automation costs for transport are reduced by 20%. The dispatching service had an opportunity to analyze the current employment of transport, to control observance of arrangements with the client and expenses on transport.
Besides, there was an opportunity to quickly adjust routes for sales representatives, proceeding from their quantity and also costs for fuel and lubricants, compensated to sales representatives within a month considerably decreased.
