"The Yaroslavl generation company" – implementation of EDMS Case

JSC Yaroslavl Generation Company implements an electronic document management system "CASE", developments of Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company. Delivery and implementation were made by the partner of EOS Group – Bildsoft LLC company (Yaroslavl).

Automation of internal document flow of the company was the purpose of system implementation. During the performed works processes of execution of instructions, orders, memos were configured. Control of the entering and outgoing correspondence was provided and also process of approval of agreements is automated.

Jobs the CASE systems are installed in directorate of the company and on computers of leadership team of all divisions of the company. In total at the moment 36 jobs are connected to the CASE database. In plans of company management further expansion of a system to ensure functioning of all employees in the single database "CASE".

Active application was received by the option "DELO-WEB". With its help functioning in the system of specialists of territorial and remote divisions of the company in the cities of the Yaroslavl region is ensured. Technological capabilities of the option "DELO-WEB" were fully estimated by company management during the work in a system via mobile devices with connection to the Internet.

Today the CASE system is successfully used at many enterprises of fuel and energy complex, including: Gosatomnadzor of Russia, JSC Mosenergo, Gazpromenergodiagnostika LLC, Gazpromenergo LLC, JSC Yakutskenergo, JSC Almetyevsk Thermal Networks, JSC TATENERGO, JSC OGK — 6 and others.
