The New Taxi company (the city settlement of Fryanovo of the Moscow region) exists since 2006. In addition to taxi services the company also renders services of cargo transportation. At the beginning of 2011 the company management thought of an issue of automation of the business. Customer service quality improvement, desire to optimize work of dispatching office and to upgrade service in general was a main objective.
Before the choice fell on Infinity TAXI, the software market for taxi services was rather in detail studied. Many programs – from primitive, to the most modern and multifunction were considered. After detailed studying practically of all products presented at the market, the company management stopped the choice on Infinity. At first worried that learning process to work with the program will be dragged out for a long time, but in practice it turned out that managers quickly enough mastered the principles of work with Infinity TAXI. In two weeks, using the instructions provided by the developer all staff of managers and operators of New Taxi was trained. Everything appeared quite simply and clear!".
In addition to basic functionality of the program, in work of dispatching office of New Taxi such functions as a call-back to the client, the SMS notification, mailings are very actively used. The company just begins to master some opportunities.
Before Infinity TAXI software implementation managers of New Taxi could record on paper and process only 400-500 orders a day. After implementation, setup and personnel training the dispatching office processes about 700-800 orders a day, and in holidays even steps over a threshold in 1000 orders a day! According to the director of the company, Anton Bulanov, it is not a limit.
"Due to growth of number of orders, we are going to broaden the park of machines, to increase the number of parking. And in the long term – to open one more dispatcher station.
