"On a visit at OZBI" – the grocery store which recently opened at "Ostankino the plant of ring-shaped products". In assortment of shop products of the plant (drying, a steering-wheel of the Family of OZBI trademark) and other goods making a basic consumer basket are provided.
When opening shop the management "On a visit at OZBI" relied on modern automation to avoid regrading, problems with overstocking or, on the contrary, with the shortage of products in a trading floor. As the assistant at automation center of complex business development "1C Architect of business" was selected.
For fast and inexpensive automation of two jobs of sellers-cashiers 1C-Rarus was selected ": The point-of-sale terminal" – a set of a retail store equipment for creation of convenient point of sale. The scanner of the barcode Argox and scales of the CAS was in addition purchased. On point-of-sale terminals the 1C: Retail software product was preset – this system is capable to perform functions as front office (holiday and return of goods, work with the nomenclature), and a back office (assortment management of shop, operation on movement, acceptance of goods). According to company "1C Architect of business", such solution "2 in 1" ideally is entered in the concept of small not network shop.
Also at head office "On a Visit at OZBI" the 1C: Accounting 8 system was installed, exchange between it and "1C: Retail 8" implemented in outlet is configured. Automation of shop, training of cashiers and setup of data exchange occupied one working day.
