The implementation project of the Globus Professional system in JSC Far East Energy Management Company is complete

JSC Far East Energy Management Company (JSC DVEUK) is engaged in implementation of investment projects for development of power industry of the Far East.

Other priority task is initialization of the new investment projects for development of power industry of the Far East approved by the Federal target program "Economic and Social Development of the Far East and Transbaikalia until 2013".

Today, the main objective of JSC DVEUK is successful and high-quality implementation of the begun investment projects at the scheduled time and within the approved budget. Therefore it is obvious that there was a question of automation of key processes for achievement of the delivered performance indicators and observance of the quality level.

For the solution of these tasks the Industrial Information Systems company and the Globus PROFESSIONAL system was selected

Based on the system of complex automation Globus PROFESSIONAL business processes among which there are electronic document management, work with agreements, the organization of storage of documents were automated. As a result of implementation of the information system Globus the quality of work with documentation is considerably increased, the efficiency and convenience of use of archive documents is increased, the volume of the processed information without personnel increase is increased that is very relevant task in the companies with the distributed structure.
