Grasse UK housing and public utilities (BIT:housing and public utilities 8)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated three largest enterprises in Sochi — FREGAT Condominium, UK "GRAS", Favorit Condominium.

Prior to the beginning of the project of the housing and public utilities organization kept accounting in "1C: Accounting 7.7", however settlement with residents and service providers had to be conducted manually.

The management of three enterprises made the decision on cooperation with 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT). Being the largest regional network among companies franchisees 1C, BIT company has branch to Sochi and also wide experience on automation of the housing and public utilities enterprises and own software solution "BIT:housing and public utilities 8".

Therefore installation of the new systems took place quickly and qualitatively. Clients estimated individual approach and were satisfied with the done work.

Specialists of BIT quickly and qualitatively made data transfer from "1C: Accounting 7.7" in "1C: Accounting 8", set "BIT:housing and public utilities 8". In a project deliverable an opportunity appeared:

• make automatic calculation of charges for utilities taking into account indications on individual and group counters;
• make the automated recalculation on services;
• perform calculation of loss of income for all categories of privileges and accounting in various cuts — on financing sources, names of privileges, personal accounts, exempts, service providers;
• work of passport service is automated;
• charges on utilities are automatically represented on business accounts of the enterprise.
