Akado Telecom organized a free WiFi-zone in city hospital No. 15 of O.M. Filatov

The Comcor company (trademark of Akado Telecom) and the Moscow Department of Information Technology announced the beginning of project implementation on deployment of broadband wireless access in the Internet in medical institutions of the city within the program of upgrade of capital health care. The pilot zone of free WiFi for visitors, personnel and patients is created in city clinical hospital No. 15 of O.M. Filatov.

The WiFi-network is put into operation on September 1, 2011. In this WiFi-zone 36 spot jotas (basic access points) which provided a covering of all building are set. Wireless access points to Akado Telecom Internet network are organized on six floors of the main building of hospital and more than 700 people are capable to provide simultaneous wireless connection to the Internet.

Connection speed on WiFi-network can reach 54 Mbps depending on the user of the protocol of WiFi technology supported by the device.

However the project of the organization of WiFi-access in the building of GKB No. 15 of O.M. Filatov became for us special, it is difficult to revaluate his advantage and the importance.
