"The Lensk joint river shipping company" implements EDMS

The largest enterprise of the water transport of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic "Lensk Joint River Shipping Company" (JSC LORP) Open joint stock company in cooperation about Infosistemy LLC (Yakutsk) implemented the project on system implementation of electronic document management "CASE" of development of Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company.

Such factors as completeness of functionality of a system and universality of its application and also long-term successful experience of use by public institutions and enterprises of the Republic had an impact on the choice of a system.

Drafts of necessary regulations of creation of new model of work with documents and their projects in electronic form taking into account historically developed business processes and types of activity were developed for JSC LORP.

In the heat of navigation in a short time training of the management and specialists of key services of executive directorate was provided. A system is installed on 50 jobs that in the long term gives the chance of gradual expansion and distribution of electronic document management by all branches and affiliated enterprises of shipping company.

Staff of JSC LORP gave responses about project deliverables. Deputy CEO for personnel Evgeny Keysevich: "After enforcement of EDMS "DELO" of costs of working time for processing of paper documents decreased several times, so, the working day of employees became more effective, time for the solution of other tasks was released. Besides, implementation of EDMS "DELO" significantly reduced costs for office supplies and paper and supplies to the copy equipment".

Head of department of office-work Tatyana Fast: "Implementation of EDMS "DELO" allowed to pass to electronic registration of the entering and outgoing documents, approval of draft agreements, orders, protocols and other documents. The procedure of internal correspondence between departments is significantly simplified that provides more operational interaction between employees. The safety of documents is increased, control of execution of instructions is improved, less time for approval, a statement and mailing is spent. Use of the copy equipment is reduced. Application of means of cryptoprotection and other subsystems will allow to join in the processes of interdepartmental exchange of electronic documents forming in the Republic without serious consequences. We are very happy with the achieved results".
