ANTOR TerraMaster Agent is control automation by sales agents and a distribution network The ANTOR TerraMaster Agent software product is intended for the organization of effective management of staff of sales representatives and allows to set priority of outlets, to define areas of responsibility of agents, to make calculation of diagrams of visits of clients, to calculate rational routes of the movement of agents, to evenly distribute loading between them whether to estimate enough at the company of personnel properly to service all clients.
Distribution of mass sales items, in modern conditions, very difficult business. It is more and more competitors, the market though grows, but much more modest rates, and clients become more and more exacting – both to price level, and to service quality. In such situation to remain "afloat", distribution companies are forced to reduce selling prices, first of all, at the expense of the marginal profit. If 8-10 years ago the margin was calculated by tens of percent, then now the indicator of 8-12% is considered good result. For preserving of acceptable profit level, wholesale sellers are obliged to treat with special attention the value of the accompanying costs. The concept "selling price" when implementing goods or services joins all expenses connected with the organization of sales and the product delivery to clients is salary and bonus payments of staff of sales department (including contributions to different public foundations), these are transportation costs, it is payment of mobile communication and a set of other expenses. And the more effectively the distributor will be able to manage "selling price", i.e. to aim at its decrease, the profit of business in general is higher.
Already there are a lot of years, developments of Antor company, help producers and distributors of mass sales items to try to obtain stable decrease in non-productive costs for promotion of products. The ANTOR TerraMaster™ Agent system is intended for management of work of sales representatives (sales agents), planning and control of their work, and allows to reduce distributor costs more than by 25-30%. Tens of Russian and international companies among which there are such leaders as were already convinced of it: JSC Saninbev, JSC Lebedyansky, Russian divisions of the international corporations Pepsi, DANONE, Nestle.
The Antor company constantly cares for development of the products. At the beginning of summer, development of upgraded version of a management system for work of sales representatives of ANTOR TerraMaster Agent™ was finished. In June-August new it passed careful test in "combat conditions" based on which was highly appreciated by users.
In the new version of the ANTOR TerraMaster™ Agent system functionality for even more effective management of work of sales representatives (sales agents) was considerably expanded:
- The concept of types (groups) of activity is entered that allows to carry out independent calculations of routes for service of the same clients by agents of different groups. For example, different sales agents work for large producers and distributors of mass sales items with different retail channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores, etc.).
- Opportunities for work with TSM (the chief of group of agents, the supervisor), groups, categories are improved, instruments of their convenient editing - creation, appointment, removal are added.
- The multi-user operation mode with the module "Rerauting" with a possibility of individual preference of the rights of each user to access to operations on a rerauting is provided that allows to organize an effective management system for planning of routes of work of sales representatives (planirovaniyekontrolanaliz optimality of routes).
- Expanded set of methods and algorithms of calculation of routes, in particular there was an opportunity to carry out calculation of agents on days.
- The editor of routes intended for creation and editing routes manually is added. If necessary, automatically created routes can be corrected manually.
- There was a possibility of comparison of the actual and planned routes, viewing events in a route and deviations of agents (Plan-Fakt Mode).
- Significantly an expanded set of templates of the report forms allowing to create and browse statistics on routes, on calculation results.
