The project on system implementation of electronic document management of PayDox in JSC Sibgiprokommunvodokanal is successfully complete

At the beginning of 2011 the management of JSC Sibgiprokommunvodokanal made the decision on need of system implementation of electronic document management.

The philosophy of the company was always directed to mastering of new ways of development. Being, in fact, design institute, the management of JSC Sibgiprokommunvodokanal surely made the decision on the beginning of the project on implementation of EDMS.

In the spring of 2011 the project started. A main objective of implementation was: automation of work with contractual documentation, registration of the entering outgoing correspondence, transparent control of execution on instructions.

For successful implementation of a project objective the following tasks were carried out:

• comprehensive examination of the enterprise is conducted;
• regulations on work in EDMS are developed;
• the technical specifications are developed for the EDMS setup taking into account needs of the Customer;
• the EDMS setup is carried out;
• instructions of users are developed;
• complex training of staff of JSC Sibgiprokommunvodokanal is organized and provided;
• trial operation is organized and carried out.

At present a system electronic document flow of PayDox is successfully put in commercial operation.
