The Ansoft company, the Russian developer of automation systems, announces the beginning of an implementation project of the AVARDA.ERP and AVARDA.CRM systems in Trubnik company, the supplier of a pipeline armature and the equipment for different industries.

Main objective of implementation of the AVARDA.ERP and AVARDA.CRM systems in Trubnik company is complex business process automation, reduction of routine transactions, increase in efficiency of control and management at the enterprise.

Originally the customer was going to construct the information management system based on the accounting program. However after start of the project it became obvious that we do not accept this option as he demands too big material and time expenditure. "Business development requires increase in efficiency of our processes. Requirements to the automation system at us very serious. At the same time, we did not want to turn our company into software developer, and completion of the accounting program would lead to it, otherwise a number of the major business processes would remain not covered", - one of company executives Pipe manufacturer Gordeev Ruslan comments.

As a result the customer decided to implement the full-function industrial solution of the class ERP, having stopped the choice on the AVARDA system. It is planned that in a project deliverable all main business processes of Trubnik company - finance will be automated; purchases and vendor interaction, including maintaining price lists, contracted and claims activities; management of trade inventories and pricing, accounting of product cost; accounting of certificates; sales and goods delivery. For automation of the channel of online-sales during the project integration of software products of AVARDA and the website of Trubnik company is planned. The AVARDA system will be also integrated with the program of 1C Accounting that will exclude double entry of data.

Using functions of the module AVARDA.SCM, the Trubnik company is going to increase transparency and controllability supply chains, including more precisely to plan load of transport and to trace goods in way. Implementation of the block of the autoorder of the AVARDA.ERP system will give to the customer an opportunity to automatically create supplier orders on the basis of statistics of sales and data on a commodity remaining balance, taking into account the numerous factors stimulating demand; optimize trade inventories and lower costs at simultaneous increase in the service level.

The separate task within the project will execute control automation by active sales and relationship with buyers using the AVARDA.CRM system. Possibilities of the software product will allow Trubnik company of a message expanded cards of clients, to plan contacts and to consider the history of customer interaction, to trace a funnel of sales, to analyze efficiency of staff of sales department, to manage their motivation and a personal deposit. At the same time a common information space with AVARDA.ERP will allow to have the uniform reference book by clients and the most complete information for the analysis.

"Pipe manufacturer" - rather young company and the ERP system is necessary to us for breakthrough forward therefore we consider correct an investment of means, considerable for us, in the software. The AVARDA system completely meets our needs for automation, practically does not require costs for completion and is economic in ownership. During the first stage of the project there is a task to quickly implement standard functionality in the volume minimum necessary for us then other processes will be automated. We expect significant increase in management efficiency, reduction of internal and external costs and fast return of investments", - Gordeev Ruslan comments on the forthcoming project.
