The TopS BI company entering into Sistematika Group completed the project of creation of network infrastructure and system of unified communications based on the solutions Cisco Systems at new Moscow office of pharmaceutical company "Astrazeneka Russia".
Gtat of Astrazeneka Russia company totals about 1200 employees. In view of the continuous growth, in January, 2011 the company moved to new, more spacious and modern office which level corresponds to the status of the company and has optimal infrastructure for the solution of the tasks facing it. In company performance focus - implementation of the new approaches to business and projects implementation connected with large investments in the Russian economy.
"There was a need of implementation of modern technological solutions for creation of network infrastructure and modern telecommunication network of new office with consolidation of these systems in a unified environment. The main task of this project consisted in simplifying business process management, to connect mobile employees and to cut down operating expenses on support of an information structure. The partner in project implementation selected TopS BI company which provides a full range of the qualified services in creation of telecommunication infrastructure and system of "turnkey" unified communications", - Zyryanov Ilya, the head of department of IT of support and information infrastructure of Astrazenek Rossiya.
Within the project specialists of TopS BI created at new Moscow office "Astrazeneka" a high-performance local computer network (more than 700 Ethernet ports) using the Cisco switches Catalyst. Besides, on the basis of Cisco Unified Communications Manager for the staff of office the system of unified communications - a complex of products and applications for integration of communication and data transmission which allows to support collective work is implemented and to optimize business processes. Migration of users of the company from old automatic telephone exchange on the new communication system was performed by a project team of TopS BI in most short time that allowed not to break smooth operation of employees. The new solution integrated with the corporate LDAP directory allows to use all opportunities for call processing: readdressing, voice mail, internal communication, mobile communication to organize audio conferences. Besides, for technical support service the internal contact center based on Cisco Unified Contact Center Express is created.
