Astrazeneka Russia (IScala)

In child structure of the international company "Astrazeneka" the ERP system implementation project is complete. The corporate standard for conducting accounting and financial accounting in all representative offices of Astrazenek is the Scala system. In this case the decision on use of the product iScala 5.1 was made. The project was executed by ATK consulting group.

On the available data, the integrator was selected on the basis of the previous successful experience of cooperation with it during Scala system implementation from head office of the Russian representative office.

During the project the modules Scala were implemented: "Ledger", Fixed assets, Purchasing ledger, Sales ledger, "Sales orders" and Inventory management. Also, the ERP system was integrated c a new product of Microsoft for formation of accounting reports – MS Reporting Services. Report forms were developed by consultants of ATK consulting group based on requirements of specialists of accounting of Astrazenek and loaded into Reporting Services.

The project was expected implementation of eight user places and took one and a half months.
