Jitrois (1C: Accounting)

"1C architect of business" for opening of the first monobranded boutique of the French Jitrois brand in Moscow 1C: Retail 8 implemented a system based on the programs "1C: Trade Management 8", "1C: Accounting 8" and ". Clothing store and footwear" which allowed to adjust from scratch trade and accounting in the company.

When opening the first boutique Jitrois in Moscow the company management of Zhitrua Rus decided to automate it at once. As maintaining trade and accounting in Russia has the features (often change the legislation and forms of the reporting in regulatory authorities), was decided to automate shop based on the domestic systems of 1C which well proved as efficiency of updates, reliability and flexibility. As the implementing company it was selected by "1C Architect of business".

For business process optimization of the company of the customer, consultants of the Center of complex business development of "1C Architect of business" advised to implement at the enterprise a sheaf from three programs: "1C: Accounting 8" which will allow to keep regulated accounting of "1C: Trade Management 8" is systems for maintaining the management reporting and "1C: Retail 8. Clothing store and footwear" which automates processes the front - and a back office in the company.

Specialists of the Center of complex business development of 1C-AB set the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform and configurations at the client, configured both programs, and data exchange between them. Also the retail store equipment was connected and personnel training is provided.

As a result of implementation of a new information system in boutique Jitrois data exchange between "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C: Accounting 8" allowed accounting of Zhitrua Rus to optimize time for execution of primary documents and information input in base, to quickly create necessary documentation (the company buyer cannot make out bills to suppliers of clothes and services).

As noted, further cooperation of the Center of complex business development of "1C Architect of business" and Zhitrua Rus in a reach of programs and their modifications under needs of the client is planned.
