WMS "BUHTA: A warehouse complex" in warehouses "KIK

The BUHTA company announced automation in Krasnoyarsk of warehouses of KIK LLC - the largest in Russia and one of the world's leading plants making light-alloy rims.

Annually in the country more than 9.5 million disks, from them 35% – cast are on sale. The share of "KIK" in this segment of the market makes 45% (about the same it is the share of import). Products of KIK company are recognized by the largest global car makers and are delivered on pipelines of automobile works: "FORD", "RENAULT", KIA, GM, AVTOVAZ, UAZ, GAZ, "LUAZ" and other plants. The BUHTA company started the WMS system "BUHTA: A warehouse complex" in two warehouses of the plant with a total area more than 5000 sq.m. In one of warehouses the goods arriving on automobile works on the second – products for wholesale and retail are stored and processed. Processing of goods in each warehouse is implemented on different algorithms.

In a system BUHTA data exchange in real time with CIS Galaktika is configured, the report which BUHTA and Galaktika verifies a remaining balance on Inventories in systems is developed, processing of goods on barcodes of manufacturer is configured, function of the recommendation of placement of goods about cells, proceeding from rules of placement and palletizing regulation is implemented. In topology of a warehouse use of visual display of the fullness of cells depending on quantity of the Inventories which are on a pallet placed in a cell is supposed.

Vadim Poleshko, commercial director of KIK LLC: "According to profile researches, in 2011 the Russian plants can release the number of passenger and commercial cars, record for the history, - 2.45 ml. In seven months 2011 of car sale in our country already exceed last year's indicators for 50%.

In this process a considerable role is played by coordination of all links of a production chain. Our plant – the producer, largest in Russia, and suppliers of rims on the Russian and joint car assembly concerns. To hold the leader's position, we develop constantly, improved, we implement new technologies. Our disks are completely manufactured in Russia, since metal and finishing with packaging.
