The project on telemedicine for MUZ of "central district hospital" of the Salsk district implemented by the iStack system integrator (Aystek) is based on the terminal for a video conferencing of Cisco TelePresence Quick Set of C20, answers all modern regulations of carrying out teleconferences and teleconsultations and requirements of hospital. Cisco TelePresence C20 supports broadcast of double-stream video (dualstream) with razresheny to WXGAp15 (the main video – a maximum 720p30), at the same time perhaps 4-fold image magnification (thanks to the high definition of the HD standard). A system automatically adapts at detection of loss of data packets and makes synchronization of the video image and a sound, providing complete effect of presence.
