Project completion on Globus Professional system implementation in FBU "Tver TsSM"

The Industrial Information Systems company completed the project of automation of office-work in Federal budgetary institution "The State Regional Center of Standardization, Metrology and Tests in the Tver Region" on the basis of the Globus PROFESSIONAL system.

Ensuring unity of measurements in the territory of the Tver region, execution of works and rendering services to legal entities and physical persons, participation in works on accreditation of metrological services, testing laboratories (centers), certification bodies and also the organization and carrying out tenders in the field of quality are the main objectives of FBU "Tver TsSM"

Accomplishment of these tasks is integrated to quite large number of the paper documents forming a complex system of office-work which effective conducting already became impossible without implementation of the modern automation system. A final choice of FBU "Tver TsSM" was made for benefit of Globus PROFESSIONAL. As exactly thanks to Globus PROFESSIONAL it is possible to implement quickly automation of both standard process of the company, and specific business management processes.

As a result during this project classical office-work which includes is automated: organization of work with incoming documents; work with internal documents: development, approval, signing, registration of the document, etc.; control of performance of instructions/resolutions of the guide to the entering and internal documents; work with outgoing documents: development, approval and registration of the document; organization of work with the nomenclature of affairs; preparation of the reporting under document flow of the organization.
