H2O (Human To Operator)

H2O (Human To Operator) is a family of the innovation customer-oriented interfaces and methods of interactive interaction with services of the operator.

Functionality:

As a part of the solution HO the broad spectrum of functionality is implemented:

• management of audio conferences
• commission of audio-and video calls from the browser
• management of mass SMS mailings
• text messaging
• receiving and sending SMS/MMS
• management of "black lists" and other rules on the entering SMS and audiocalls
• information access about balance and integration with billing
• detailing of the account
• online storage of the entering SMS

Technical base:

A set of modules for integration with operator services and the system of push-notifications for the notification of the subscriber on change of a current status of service is a part of a server part of H₂O. Client part of H₂O consists of the set of applications, interacting with a server part and includes a broad spectrum of platforms:

• the full-scale web application for the convergent web portal
• the web application for mobile devices with the tach-interface
• the integrated web application for social networks (Vkontakte, Facebook)
• web widgets for search systems (Google, Yandex)
• widgets for a desktop of Windows 7, Mac OS X and Linux (KDE Plasmoid) OS
• applications for iOS, Android and Windows Phone 7

The available functionality of client applications can differ depending on restrictions of the platform and the device.
