Specialized geographically distributed automated system of the State traffic inspectorate of real time (STRAS of traffic police of RV)

Electronic service on "registration of vehicles and trailers to them", the traffic police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation provided by Head department. Registration of vehicles in traffic police is made upon purchase of the new car, change of the owner of the machine with a run and in some other cases. Only in a segment of new cars, in 2011 over 2.6 million passenger and light commercial vehicles were sold in the Russian market.

Within the project system operation of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI) between the structures of traffic police numbering more than 3.8 thousand divisions and other departments and the organizations participating in process of rendering service in electronic form was organized (FCS of Russia, the State registration chamber, FTS and dr). This solution is a basis for providing other demanded services of traffic police in electronic form, such as the maintenance inspection of cars which is also implemented by Armada for traffic police.
