Implementation of the solution for collection work helped with TRUST bank to it during crisis of 2008 — 2009. In the same place integration of the CRM system with call center of bank was carried out: his employees had an opportunity at an incoming call instantly to identify the client and to have the history of work with it before eyes. The module "Telemarketing" allows bank employees to use specially developed mechanism of a conversation with the client (scenario). The original ideas were implemented in Bank of Moscow in the Private Banking block. For Vozrozhdeniye bank the tool for support of decision making processes — Management of workflow was implemented.
