PhosAgro Trance together with BSC company started implementation of the automated control system for personnel the BOSS-personnel officer. Within the planned initiatives specialists of BSC company will make technical system implementation and also to give consulting support of staff of department of personnel.

"Prior to the beginning of an implementation project the BOSS-personnel officer in PhosAgro Trance company all procedures for maintaining the staff list, personnel and time keeping were executed manually. In addition to serious temporary and labor costs, the special complexity at the staff of our department of personnel arose when forming summary reports for head office", - Vyshlov Alexey Vladimirovich, the head of department of IT of PhosAgro Trance LLC says. For this reason in July of the current year the decision on creation of the unified information system of personnel records and personnel management based on the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRMS system was made.

The partner in implementation and development of a personnel management system the BOSS-personnel officer became the BSC company having considerable experience in implementation of similar projects.

At the moment specialists of BSC complete preproject inspection, the engineering design is developed, all tunings in a system the Boss-personnel officer on the basis of the approved documents are performed, training of specialists of the enterprise is provided. Also within the project the organization of document flow for registration of personnel and procedures of formation of the external and internal reporting was formalized.

At the moment within test operation the staff of PhosAgro with assistance of BSC enters historical data into the system. Start of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRMS system in commercial operation is planned for October, 2011.
