The system of e-learning in JSC VimpelCom

The IBS HyperMethod company completed the large-scale project "E-learning system implementation in JSC VimpelCom. At the time of the beginning of cooperation the VimpelCom company already had wealth of experience in the field of use of the different systems of e-learning, and users of a system accurately represented the purposes and tasks of new LMS. Change of outdated LMS of one integrated platform was a main objective of this project.

Within the project the IBS HyperMethod company performed works on implementation of a new single platform for the organization of e-learning and knowledge management, carried out migration and updating of 120 electronic rates, provided development of functionality of a system, specific to the customer: organization of collecting of a feedback.

More than 30,000 employees of VimpelCom company undergo distance learning using a line of the eLearning 4G software products now, using tools for self-development and an examination of employees, adaptation of new employees, promotion of corporate culture, preparation and maintenance of the internal training actions.
