Management of especially protected natural territories across the Western Adiministrative District of Moscow (1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8)

The public nature protection budgetary institution "Management of Especially Protected Natural Territories across the Western Adiministrative District of Moscow" is engaged in protection and improvement of natural territories, preserving and recovery of natural objects, the organization of excursions and development of ecological programs.

Within several years the staff of Management worked in programs 1C of version 7.7. With change of the legislation on budget accounting transition to new version 1C was required.

Based on the 1C Accounting department of public institution 8 and 1C Salary and budget institution staff 8 programs accounting and payroll calculation of Management is automated.

A system covered the following sections:

accounting of financial and non-financial assets; banking and cash activities; accounting of Inventories; Electronic Data Interchange with treasury; payroll; personnel records of employees; calculation of taxes and contributions; formation of the necessary reporting, etc.

Specialists of Expert center in work with public institutions of BIT company delivered and installed the program, performed initial tuning 1C, data transfer in a new system, provided user training.

Now specialists of BIT conduct subscriber services of 1C.
