The taxi service Bystroff was founded in Kazan in 2009. The company renders all range of services of passenger traffic. From features of work of service It should be noted providing the discount card on a discount of 10% after the ninth trip and a possibility of the choice of music in the car for every taste and mood: house, RnB, trance, pop or just radio.

At the end of 2010 within a problem of permanent increase in business performance, the company management made the decision on business automation. "First of all, without refusing radio sets completely, there was a wish to begin work with drivers through java, i.e. to open an additional distribution channel of requests, - the director of the Bystroff taxi Artyom Romanov tells. - Also, implementing the Infinity program, there was a wish to automate all activity of dispatching service, having simplified work to managers and to make work of dispatching office completely under control".

According to Artyom Romanov before making a choice for benefit of Infinity, about four more software products for the taxi in parallel were considered. The following was the main selection terms: • Technical capabilities of the program and a possibility of a combination of work on radio sets and Java terminals; • Popularity of a brand and the number of the firms using this product as across Kazan, and in general across Russia; • Quality of technical support. As a result the solution of Weathervane Sale was selected.

Implementation of the program happened in several stages. At the first stage workplace licenses and Java terminals for drivers were purchased, preset tuning of the Complex is made. Further multichannel SIP number from local provider was connected to a system and system configuration is continued. At the third stage the GSM gateway was purchased and necessary routes for all types of telephony are registered. "I cannot tell that we faced some big organizational problems as the manager accurately designated all steps of implementation, and we only needed to follow them. Though at the first stages there were small technical issues, but specialists of Weathervane Sale quickly helped us to solve them, - Artyom Romanov shares. - After implementation of Infinity there was an opportunity to recruit drivers for work on phone (java) that considerably increased a flow of the drivers wishing to get a job to us in service and, in turn, a total quantity of the serviced orders at the initial stage of work with Infinity TAXI was increased by 30%".

In plans at the company - to expand the share in the market by increase in number of the arriving requests and cars in change. In the near future the company is going to begin work with GPS and to implement new service – a satellite taximeter. Also one of the new and priority directions for the Bystroff taxi at the moment is expansion of own vehicle fleet.
