PRAGMA LEASING

PRAGMA LEASING is the solution for complex automation of the leasing companies which incorporated more than the 7th summer experience of developers in the field of automation of the leasing companies. The solution is developed on 1C: Enterprise platform 8 and includes Front Office, Support of Transactions, Treasury, Budgeting and Regulated accounting blocks.

The PRAGMA LEASING program contains means for effective solution of the wide list of problems of managerial accounting of the leasing company:

Front office:

• Maintaining the register of leasing transactions in a stage of precontractual study.
• Calculation of the leasing transaction (leasing calculator).
• Formation of printed forms of the commercial offer and agreement of leasing.
• Control of providing documents by the lessee of necessary set.

Support of transactions:

• Maintaining registers:
  • leasing objects,
  • agreements of leasing,
  • delivery agreements,
  • other agreements on preparation of a subject of leasing for transfer (delivery, installation, etc.),
  • insurance contracts,
  • agreements of the credit/loan (both received, and issued),
  • agreements of the pledge/guarantee (both received, and issued).

• Maintaining the electronic leasing file on clients.
• Formation of invoices for payment of leasing payments and control of their payment, calculation and charge of a penalty fee.

At the heart of an accounting subsystem the latest revision of the solution 1C: Accounting 8 adapted for reflection of specifics of accounting in the leasing companies is used.

PRAGMA LEASING is qualitatively documented and has several options of delivery:

• Major version. Includes Support of Transactions, Treasury, Budgeting and Regulated accounting blocks.
• The simplified version. Includes Support of Transactions and Regulated accounting blocks.
• Module Front office. Is addition to the Major or Uproshcheny version of the solution PRAGMA LEASING, but it is licensed separately from them.
• Module Treasury. It is the block Treasury adapted for use in the form of a separate information system or for integration with the information systems which are already existing into the companies based on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.
