ELVIS: Bureau of admissions with the electronic system of requests

The Elvis group provided in September, 2011 the software package (SP) "Bureau of Admissions with the Electronic System of Requests" — a new solution for automation of preparation, issue and tracking of lifecycle of admissions.

The Bureau of Admissions PC is an electronic feed system and the approvals of requests, preparation and printing of admissions. The main objective of the "Bureau of Admissions with the Electronic System of Requests" PC is registration of visitors and permanent employees for pass on the territory of an object and issue of admissions to them, says Elvis.

The Bureau of Admissions PC covers all processes connected with issue of admissions — from the preorder, approval and issue of the admission to a mark about the visitor's exit.

Among key functions of a software package it is possible to note: the preorder of admissions on Network by means of the web interface; step-by-step approval (vising) of requests for the admission by groups of the approving persons; registration of visitors; photography of visitors and/or documents; the accelerated recognition of documents of visitors (the Russian Federation citizen passport, etc.); issue of permanent, temporary and single admissions; control of visitors according to the "black" list; accounting of journey of motor transport; accounting of bringing/carrying out of material values; delivery of admissions; reports online; history of visits.

Integration of the "Bureau of Admissions with the Electronic System of Requests" PC with biometric network system of access control and a time recording of Senesys allows to close in the uniform automated cycle process of the order, statement, preparation, issue of the admission and the organization of access control on an object, to have an opportunity within the single database effectively to solve problems of personnel management, emphasized in Elvis.
