The automation system of sale of oil products IT-Oil on 21 refueling station of Novokuznetsk

The IT smart systems company entering into IT Group completed the project on system implementation of automation of sale of oil products IT-Oil on 21 refueling station of Novokuznetsk. During the project the bezoperatorny gas station which became the first in the city and in general in Kuzbass completely automatic gas station was started.

As the project orderer UK INRUSINVEST LLC – the development company working at the real estate market of the Kemerovo and Novosibirsk regions and also Altai Krai and Altai Republic acted. A part of its business is to network management of the refueling complexes located in the city of Novokuznetsk and adjacent areas.

Some time ago the information systems used in retail chain stores ceased to meet the increasing requirements of business, and before top management of UK "INRUSINVEST" there was a difficult task: find the new, modern tool for automation of petrosales activity. And estimates of their advantages the management company selected the IT-Oil system from an analysis result of the solutions presented at the market and entrusted specialists of IT smart systems company its pilot implementation at head office and on two specially selected refueling stations.

The testing held within one month convinced the customer of correctness of the made choice. An additional argument was the fact that at the request of UK "INRUSINVEST" specialists "IT. Smart of systems" was implemented by a number of new features, significantly having finished a standard configuration of industry solution. In particular, support of new specialized model of a fuel-dispensing column was added, the analytical module software is complemented with the new forms of the reporting reflecting all features of work of staff of UK "INRUSINVEST". As a result the customer made the decision on transfer of all refueling stations to the IT-Oil system.

The modern refueling station is much more, than a set of fuel-dispensing columns. So, a part of all operated UK "INRUSINVEST" of refueling complexes is the big shop of public type. The loyalty program was developed for increase in sales volume and involvement of new clients, within its implementation 2 thousand contactless client smart cards are produced.

New stage in cooperation of UK "INRUSINVEST" and "IT. Smart of systems" became the project of automation of bezoperatorny gas station in Novokuznetsk. Its start took place on September 16, the station became the first completely automatic ("cold") gas station in Kuzbass (Kemerovo region).
