Gazprom Neft completed upgrade of a financial template based on SAP ERP

On October 02, 2018 Gazprom Neft completed the large-scale project on upgrade of a template of financial processes of SAPPHIRE. Due to unification of the accounting system based on SAP ERP, costs for this function were reduced by 10% and annual economy made 70 million rubles. Terms of reporting of RAS were reduced to five working days.

For October, 2018 the uniform template of financial processes of the SAPPHIRE system is used in 27 subsidiaries of the company. Financial function for 100% became standardized, processes are automated, at the expense of it the level of customization of the solution decreased that allowed to simplify support and further development of the solution. Within the project 84 standards and 38 normative and methodical documents are developed.

Integration of the updated company asset takes less than three months now: during this time there is a replication and setup of the solution based on SAP ERP.

The term of change management was reduced twice and allows to react to changes of the legislation and also the methodologies and business processes admitted to the companies quickly. Integration of assets became cheaper and quicker that positively affects achievement of the main strategic reference points.

The BDO company in Russia is recognized the winner of the tender of JSC Gazpromneft for carrying out implementation of sample solutions in the corporate center. Specialists of BDO company will carry out standardization and business process optimization due to implementation and use of templates of solutions based on the technical SAP ERP v platform. 6.0.

In the project progress sample solutions will be finished regarding integration with the adjacent systems and also in volume of the local processes and deviations which entered project scope. Besides, implementation of the SAPPHIRE template in the corporate center is included by functionality of financial processes and also the organization of integration with the electronic storage of documents (ESD). The Management of MTS template in CC, the functionality of processes of logistics and purchase and also the organization of integration with EHD includes.

Also within the project for the corporate center templates of processes "The system of budget management", groups of processes of Treasury will be implemented (transition from the SAP 4.7 platform to the SAP 6.0 platform, "Property management (SABI)".
