Automation of personnel records, payroll and personnel management by employees of "1C:VDGB" in the leading consulting company of Russia "Mikhaylov and Partners" using a standard configuration 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 (1S: ZUP) is complete.

The Mikhaylov and Partners private company is the leading Russian company rendering services in consultation of both the international, and Russian companies, offering approaches and solving communication problems in their current activity when implementing strategic plans and also in crisis situations.

"Mikhaylov and Partners" develop communication strategies for the clients, provide services in the field of management of corporate image, positioning of clients, management of crisis situations, to development of programs of increase in loyalty of employees, programs of corporate social liability, work with personal image of top managers and many other things.

For automation of an accounting and management activity by the management of the consulting company 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 software product as this configuration considers requirements of the legislation, real practice of work of the enterprises and global trends in development of methods of motivation and personnel management was selected.
