More than 20 different IT systems at new office TNK-BP

The Asteros company zavershilas also occupies 20 floors with a total area of 37,000 sq.m. Through joint efforts specialists of Asteros and TNK-BP implemented more than 20 different systems ensuring functioning of 3500 employees and keeping rapid business development of the company.

TNK-BP is one of leading oil companies of Russia and enters ten the largest private oil companies in the world on oil production volumes. Until recently administrative personnel of holding accommodated at 12 offices distributed across Moscow.

To optimize charges of offices, the management of TNK-BP in the first quarter made 2010 the decision on transfer of all divisions to one building. For this purpose the company rented 20 floors in new business center Nordstar Tower where it was necessary to construct powerful and reliable corporate engineering and IT infrastructure.

Based on an open competition project implementation was entrusted Asteros company. Earlier specialists of Asteros already executed large-scale projects on creation of "turnkey" offices for VTB financial group, Sochi International Airport and Aeroflot.

The project started in September, 2010. In extremely short time, in 7 months, specialists of Asteros jointly with specialists of TNK-BP implemented over 20 different engineering and IT systems on which daily work of the oil company depends.

The innovative solutions were used almost at each stage of the project. Monitoring and intellectual management of a structured cabling system are provided with the solution Panduit PanView IQ. This system allows to control all configuration changes of network in real time. SCS are contained by 14600 ports and supports work of 3500 employees. Today it is the largest in Russia and Eastern Europe a structured cabling system on the equipment Panduit.

For a research of geological, geophysical and hydrodynamic models of oil fields the center of visual modeling was constructed. Information arriving from branches and the enterprises of oil group is displayed in the 3D format. For this purpose, in addition to the modern projective equipment, the unique continuous screen the sizes more than 6х2 m which is specially made for tasks of TNK-BP is used.

Additional videowalls are located in conference rooms of office and also in the crisis center where the support group of business quickly reacts to emergency emergence, being based on the data of information and analytical systems.

Besides, specialists of Asteros created the system of a corporate IP telephony and the system of a video conferencing. The complex of the multimedia systems integrated with them integrated meeting rooms, conference rooms, zones of the opened office, receptions and assembly halls.

Current trends were used also at design of negotiation premises. One of them is developed in such a way that if necessary can break into several independent negotiation with preserving of complete functionality both each hall separately, and the big hall in general. It is possible to manage the systems of any hall using iPad.
