MKB of B.I. Filonenko implements the system of the autonomous guaranteed power supply

The Technoserv company completed the project of "turnkey" creation of a system of the autonomous guaranteed power supply for the International clinical hospital of B.I. Filonenko (Vizus-1 clinic).

Borders

Within the contract Technoserv executed a full range of project works, including consulting and solution development, delivery of the capital and ancillary equipment, supervision of erection and commissioning and also provided personnel training of the customer to rules of technical operation of the equipment and will provide technical support of an installed system.

The cost of project costs was about 11 million rubles.

Base

The basis of a system of the autonomous guaranteed power supply is formed by two gas-piston generator units of production of FG Wilson company developing the electric power from natural gas. The total electric power of a system is about 400 kW. Besides, the solution includes the system of abnormal cooling, an external system of production of exhaust gases and the automated control system which provides management of start-up, stops and work of power plant and controls key parameters using temperature sensors, pressure, an expense and controllers of management. Also the power plant is supplied with the system of utilization of heat of ASTRA capable to take away up to 200 kW of thermal power from each of two gas-piston generator units. Recyclable thermal energy is used for needs of clinic, coming to a heating system and hot water supply of the four-storeyed building which is occupied by clinic.

Tasks

"The purpose of our clinic – to provide medical services at the highest international level therefore for performing diagnostics, transactions and treatment we use the latest hi-tech medical equipment and the expensive diagnostic equipment of production of Israel, England, the USA, France, Switzerland, Germany, Finland, – Yozhef Sabo, the founder of the International clinical hospital of B.I. Filonenko noted. – However its reliable functioning and according to work of all organization requires regular power supply. We are grateful to specialists of Technoserv who not only performed start of a system, but also adapted received European the equipment under the Russian realities, helping us to resolve such issues which cannot just arise, and therefore are not clear in Europe: sudden shutdown of network or fluctuation of tension and frequency in network".
