Aplana companies BOSS-Referent in Sirene-Travel finished the project on automation of internal business processes based on an electronic document management system. Using a system management processes of the company were arranged, control of performing discipline and work with documents is automated.

Sirena-Travel Ltd is the domestic company rendering complex services in armoring and sale of air tickets. The company performs operation of the first domestic accredited Aviation Distribution Manifold (ADM) of Sirena Travel. ARS "Sirena Travel" is a hardware and software system which provides to the agencies user-friendly interfaces for armoring and sale of tickets, and to airlines — tools for management and control of resources of places.

Increase in demand for company services of Sirena-Travel on the one hand, and need of permanent development of the main product of the company — ARS "Sirena Travel" with another, led company management to the decision on implementation of the automated control system for internal business processes of the company and separately processes of change of ARS "Sirena Travel".

By main objectives of the project were designated:

  • increase in transparency of document flows of Sireny-Travel and providing the tool to company management for their analysis;
  • ensuring effective control of execution of documents;
  • reduction of terms of preparation and approval of documents;
  • creation of a common information space and the communication links connecting the staff of the organization who participates in processes of support and development of ARS "Sirena Travel".

The automated control system for business processes of Sireny-Travel is decided to be constructed based on a software package BOSS-Referent. The choice in its advantage was caused, first, by existence of the built-in processing of documentation which can be configured taking into account specifics of Sireny-Travel, secondly, by existence of modular architecture which provides a possibility of fast development of a system.

Within the project the standard version BOSS-Referent who automated work with organizational and administrative documentation, instructions, memos and agreements was implemented. A system is implemented at head office of the company and unrolled on 200 jobs.
