The project of creation of the electronic exchange for corporate clients of holding is executed by RDTECH company
Creation of the business-to-business (B2B) portal for the purpose of automation of competitive procedures of SIBUR Holding Ltd is complete. A new system creates the full-fledged representative office on the Internet providing leadership of sales, efficiency, open and transparent interaction with partners.
SIBUR Holding Ltd - the leader of the petrochemical industry of Russia and Eastern Europe whose activity covers all industry cycle: gas processing, production of monomers, plastics, rubbers, mineral fertilizers and buses and also processing of plastic.
For the purpose of satisfaction of the growing demand for products of holding in domestic market and also for the benefit of development and improving competitiveness of its core businesses the company management made the decision on development and deployment of the B2B portal. The project is implemented on the Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g platform by RDTECH company.
In a project deliverable problems of automation of competitive procedures of the company, representation of products of the enterprises of the SIBUR to potential buyers, ensuring the most convenient and their fast service, interaction of the customer with suppliers and contractors were solved.
The created system allows to organize and hold competitive events within the electronic exchange. The portal is used by SIBUR company for sale own and purchases of external products at auctions online and also through carrying out electronic tenders and tenders.
The newest technologies of Oracle of a binding layer provided rich opportunities for creation of the user interface, the powerful platform for deployment and monitoring of ready modules and also the integrated development tools. During the project were involved by Oracle Weblogic Server, Oracle ADF, Oracle WebCenter Framework, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle JDeveloper and others.
The innovation opportunities of the Oracle WebLogic Server 11g application server and the Oracle WebCenter 11g portal allowed to create a single technology platform on the basis of which applications and the services of the portal meeting all requirements of the Customer were implemented. And use of the latest version of Oracle Database 11g - to improve data availability, information processing rate and also security level. Thus, the SIBUR received the reliable, highly productive and protected platform for holding competitive procedures of the company.
On the B2B portal registration of all partners, including buyers, suppliers and contractors is made that allows to carry out with them active work and, in particular, to organize biddings. Existence of the electronic exchange to a large extent simplifies interaction with partners and increases its efficiency, bringing communication with players of the market to new level.
The portal has the interactive directory which contains constantly renewed information on all products and company services and gives a search capability on their characteristics. The directory also allows buyers to make calculation of order cost taking into account all expenses on the basis of relevant price lists. These functions of the portal allow the SIBUR to accelerate and improve considerably work with clients and also to increase the level of service.
The B2B portal in addition provides to clients of SIBUR post-sale technical support of products. Each buyer can ask the question interesting him concerning products and services and also to leave the claims (claims). Using function of hands-off processing of requests a fast feedback with users of the portal is guaranteed.
For establishment of control over system effectiveness within the B2B portal the module of formation of the analytical reporting under business processes was created.
According to the results of development the full range of works on stress testing of a system was carried out. Testing showed that the portal ensures functioning to thousand five hundred users at the same time.
Besides, within four months the command RDTECH executed a full range of works on maintenance of a system in the mode of trial operation therefore the technology was fulfilled and organizational and technical infrastructure for input of a system in commercial operation is prepared.
