But among this list the customer selected a nonconventional and interesting challenge of automatic detecting of queue, i.e. determination of accumulation of more than 3-4 people at a window of cash desk and the notification about it the duty operator. Opening of additional windows where clients can purchase tickets should become result of identification of queue and the notification of the responsible person.

The Aeroexpress company constantly works on improvement of service quality and increase in a customer loyalty and implementation of a similar system of video control is one of stages in the solution of these tasks.

Having studied features of functioning of objects, the Sintez Engineering company created the standard project of a video surveillance system and "spread around" it in eight sales offices of tickets of Aeroexpress LLC today: Lobnya, Savelovsky station, Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, Vnukovo, Kiev station, Paveletsky station, Belarusian station.

For creation and ensuring system operation the software of SecurOS Premium of ISS Company is used. It supports operation of 4 Axis IP cameras installed at each office, the equipment of a remote workplace of the administrator and also preserving of audiodata, parallel with a video.

In what way did the Sintez Engineering company solve a difficult problem of detecting of queue? For this purpose were used: the module of taking of persons, a programming language of scripts and such function of all video surveillance systems of ISS as creation of masks in the field of the video frame.

For the system installed in specific sales office, specialists of Sintez Engineering company at a stage of implementation configured areas of the video frame in which it is necessary to detect emergence of queue. Within each of them means of the module of taking of persons make registration of the clients who are at each window of sales. And using scripts their calculation is implemented. As soon as their quantity reaches 4 people, there is an automatic notification of the operator.

The local systems of each of offices are united in a single network. In each of them the ready-made solution SecurOS NVR is set. The SecurOS NVR video servers are used for storage of a videoarchive with a capacity up to 2 Tbyte. The data access from any object is possible from the Central point of control that it allows security service specialists of Aeroexpress company to perform full monitoring of a situation and the employees, to control and regulate an operation mode of each sales point.
