"Mobile Trade management" - the specialized solution of Galaktika corporation - is implemented in Art and Design Group. The solution is intended for management of assortment policy, sale and logistics at the enterprises working through network of sales representatives. Implementation was performed by the leading developer partner of corporation in the Moscow region – Mart-Consulting company.

During the project the following tasks were set: improvement of the existing processing system of orders and also carrying out the operational analysis of product assortment implemented in outlets for the purpose of identification of the most "running" and less demanded goods items.

As a result of implementation sales representatives of the company had an opportunity to daily obtain goods state-of-health data on counters. Information automatically online using the CPC came to the central office of the company, was analyzed regarding sales of goods in this specific shop and existence of the corresponding product range in a warehouse. On the basis of analysis results recommendations on return were issued, or the delivery note on sending necessary goods to shop was automatically created, price policy of the company in general formed.

Main objectives of the project were achieved - the human factor is excluded from process of formation of orders, i.e. the possibility of assumption of an error was minimized; and also there was a possibility of operational data acquisition about a goods status in separate outlets irrespective of degree of a computerization of shop.

Thanks to system implementation "Mobile Trade management" in Art and Design Group or the following tasks were solved:

  • speed of formation of orders is increased;
  • process of supply with products of outlets is optimized;
  • the costs connected with supply process are reduced;
  • accounting of a remaining balance of products in a warehouse due to timely receipt of orders and operational shipment of goods is optimized;
  • there was an opportunity to conduct the rating of products, to reveal "running" and "unmarketable" goods items;

control over sales representatives is strengthened.

Work about 30 sales representatives of the company is at the moment automated, active work on automation of other regional representatives is conducted.
