The corporation Honeywell International brought into commercial operation on Segezha PPM the first stage MES- systems OptiVision.
In the project
Integration of OptiVision with operated at the enterprise by the ERP system and the MetsoDNA APCS system and also the solution for management of packaging and transportation of rolls of production of Saimatec company is performed.
Opinions and outputs
According to project participants, thanks to integration of a system obtain information necessary for their normal work, in the automatic mode. The solution of 1C obtains data on the movement of products and semi-finished products at each stage of production of paper.
On the basis of information arriving from the system of 1C, and data on the actual production, OptiVision performs planning in strict accordance with the arrived orders and accounting of production reality.
A system considers each change of the range and product quality, providing full control of release and the movement of finished goods. Under control of OptiVision automatic weighing, packaging and transportation of rolls, printing of marking and labels is made.
On the next stages deployment of modules of quality control and management of a warehouse is planned.
