SUO iJaNet ANPZ was accepted by the plant in commercial operation at the Atyrau oil refinery

In 2009 at the Atyrau oil refinery the NAMIP Group company put into commercial operation an automated system of the class ERP – iJaNet ANPZ. However on it development of an information system did not stop, and in 2010 before the company there was a problem of data preparation of accounting records ANPZ for consolidation within the management reporting of superior organization of holding – KazMunaiGas Trading house.

In 2010 ANPZ within development of the general technique of holding which received the name "System of the Management Reporting" (SMR) on the organization of timely data view, was aimed at management accounting, preparation of regulating documents for application at the plant. Then the technique SUO ANPZ was transferred to NAMIP Group as terms of reference for development of a subsystem of SUO as a part of the operating automated system of iJaNet ANPZ.

"In 2010 we completed development of a new subsystem and put it into trial operation. According to terms of reference and amendments of the customer, we implemented formation of forms of consolidated financial statements according to the closed accounting period. Also within a technique of SUO support of fast closing of month, by an accrual method and a set of reports of SUO for control of work with documents of charges and efficiency evaluation of the accepted expert evaluations when closing reporting period was added. One of the main features of this technique is the possibility of formation of estimated postings on the basis of documents of charges when closing reporting period, and after data of the balance sheet – their reversal and carrying out of the corresponding postponed actual transactions by it for closing of the tax period. Besides, specialists of NAMIP Group within development of a subsystem of SUO iJaNet ANPZ worked out the mechanism of communication of the iJaNet system with a system of accounting of SAP TD of KMG for a possibility of transfer of the consolidated data in superior organization of holding.

At the beginning of this year after completion of works on setup of two tens forms of consolidated financial statements the subsystem of SUO iJaNet ANPZ was accepted by the plant in commercial operation. As for plans for this year, within expansion of requirements to management accounting superior organization – the KazMunaiGas Trading house – planned introduction of the managerial chart of accounts uniform for all organizations of holding. After development of new requirements to a technique SUO ANPZ the task to automate in the iJaNet ANPZ system on support of the corporate chart of accounts, will be transferred to us to development" - the iJaNet ANPZ project manager Alexander Minkov reports.
