Arecont Vision of the AV8185DN series

The new panoramic Arecont Vision IP cameras the AV8185DN "day/night" series with a viewing angle 180 ° are produced in in street and room execution and are intended for video surveillance on objects, big on the area. New products are equipped with four 2-megapixel CMOS sensors, 4 lenses and are capable to create video with the total resolution of 8 MPx in the H.264/M-JPEG formats at osveshchennost to 0.2/0 lx. Besides, these megapixel cameras of video surveillance support functions of image enhancement, the mode of zone reading (ROI), noise reduction (Moonlight) and are completed with free software of Arecont Vision AV100. A power supply of AV8185DN can be performed on PoE technology or from sources of direct/alternating current of 12/24 V.

Installation of AV8185DN on object of video surveillance is most facilitated. New megapixel models can be established on a ceiling, in a drop ceiling and also on a wall, a corner or a column by means of additional fastenings. Depending on an installation site, the cameras Arecont Vision allow to select one of possible options of their power supply. So, megapixel cameras of video surveillance are capable to work from the adapter of 12-48 V of permanent and 24 V of alternating current, or to receive a power supply on the equipment cable on PoE technology.

Two megapixel models are a part of AV8185DN. The basic camera AV8185DN is intended for video surveillance in premises, and its street modification of AV8185DN-HB with the heater and the fan is capable to function reliably at temperatures from -30 °C to +55 °C in severe climatic conditions. Both megapixel cameras of video surveillance are delivered in a vandal proof aluminum casing with a transparent dome from polycarbonate, correspond to a class a heat - and moisture protection of IP66 and can be operated on objects where there is a high probability of commission of acts of vandalism.

AV8185DN transfer the panoramic image thanks to four 2-megapixel CMOS sensors and 4 lenses with the general viewing angle 180 ° that increases informational content of video and efficiency of video surveillance. Each sensor of the camera creates a part of the image with the resolution up to 1600х1200 px., and the maximum image resolution at the exit of Arecont AV8185DN can reach 6400х1200 px. Depending on quality requirements of video megapixel cameras of video surveillance allow to select the H.264 and/or M-JPEG codec, permission from the minimum value of 320×240 px., frame rate to 88 fps, and can broadcast at the same time up to 8 independent video flows with the configured settings.

The technologies for work with video content used in AV8185DN provide the mode of zone reading of ROI (Region of Interest) in which it is possible to select the interesting sections of the megapixel panoramic image for their more detailed video surveillance in a separate window. Existence of ROI does megapixel cameras of video surveillance by the effective tool of the video system as allows to browse at the same time all frame entirely, and in separate windows — the increased areas of a frame with the selected permission and frame rate. Besides, AV8185DN use the Cropping function ("scrap") for removal from a frame of insignificant sections and transfer to archive only of important fragments.

For increase in efficiency of video surveillance in the conditions of the variable illumination of AV8185DN use the mobile IK-filter switching them between the day/night modes. At the same time all megapixel Arecont models have sensitivity of 0.2 lx / 0 lx (when using an IK-searchlight) in the day/night modes. Thanks to existence of setup of such parameters as flicker correction, a white balance, speed of an electronic lock, Moonlight noise reduction, etc., megapixel cameras of video surveillance are capable to create the detailed image with exact transfer of color shades in the conditions of a hard, insufficient or luminescent lighting.

Setup of the camera and control of the small video system based on AV8185DN and other megapixel devices of Arecont Vision company can be performed using free software AV100. Software includes a standard set of modules: Camera Installer (the installer of cameras), Video System (video surveillance in the online mode) and AVI Maker (creation of clips from archive), also allows to watch video at the same time from 16 cameras, to perform record of video data and their search in archive and also to configure Arecont brand devices. Thanks to an open architecture of internal software, megapixel cameras of video surveillance can function as a part of multibrand video systems, in particular, under management of software of Milestone XProtect.
